I wanted to post the story behind this because Ty made my day..
I’d been waiting in line for a while because Ty was pretty drunk so he was talking to everyone and causing shit for the staff as he put it.. When I finally got there the staff member who was sat with him told me that I wasn’t allowed my photo personalised which upset me a little but I carried on.. There was a woman who walked through the room shouting about a photo op, so Ty shouted back saying ‘YOU PEOPLE NEED TO STOP SHOUTING AT ME’ and the staff member told him to hurry up so he said to her ‘These people have paid to be here, I’m going to say hello to them!’ So he turned to me and said ‘You want me to say hello, right?!’ So I smiled and said yeah, and he wrote hello on my photo for me. 
Ty is an absolute sweetheart, he is the nicest person I have ever met and he gives the best hugs! I really hope I get to go to A12 so that I can meet him again.
